We operate as an independent trader and supplier and not as the manufacturer of any cement brand. All transactions are strictly business-to-business (B2B) in nature.

All cement brand names, logos, and trademarks referenced on this website — including but not limited to Hathi-Sidhee, JK Lakshmi, Shree, Adani, Nuvoco, JK, and Wonder — are the property of their respective owners. SHYAMGIRDHAR ENTERPRISE PRIVATE LIMITED is not the manufacturer of these brands and does not claim to be an exclusive authorized dealer of any brand unless such authorization is granted under a separate written agreement with the respective manufacturer. Brand references on this website are made solely to identify the products we trade in.

6. Pricing & Payment

• All prices quoted by SHYAMGIRDHAR ENTERPRISE PRIVATE LIMITED are exclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) and other statutory levies, unless otherwise stated.
• Prices are subject to change based on manufacturer pricing, transportation costs, market conditions, and government taxation, and are valid only for the period stated in the formal quotation.
• Payment terms shall be as agreed in the supply contract or invoice. Default credit terms are not implied; any credit facility is extended only upon formal written approval after due commercial assessment.
• Late payments may attract interest at the rate specified in the supply contract or as permitted under applicable law.

7. Delivery & Risk

• Delivery timelines provided are best estimates based on manufacturer dispatch availability and transportation logistics. While we make every reasonable effort to meet committed schedules, delivery dates are not guaranteed unless explicitly stated as such in writing.
• Delivery shall be deemed complete upon arrival of the consignment at the agreed delivery location and acknowledgement on the transporter LR / weighbridge slip / delivery challan.
• Risk in goods passes to the buyer at the point of delivery as defined in the supply contract or invoice.
• The buyer is responsible for unloading at the delivery site unless explicitly contracted otherwise.

8. Quality & Warranties

All cement supplied by SHYAMGIRDHAR ENTERPRISE PRIVATE LIMITED is sourced from established manufacturers and conforms to the relevant Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) specifications. The product warranties applicable are those provided by the original manufacturer. SHYAMGIRDHAR ENTERPRISE PRIVATE LIMITED, as a trading and distribution entity, does not provide independent product warranties beyond those given by the manufacturer.

Any quality complaint must be raised in writing within seven (7) days of delivery, accompanied by the relevant batch information, manufacturer test certificate references, and supporting evidence. Claims raised after this period or without adequate supporting documentation may not be entertained.

9. Returns & Cancellations

• Cement, by nature of being a perishable industrial commodity sensitive to moisture, is not returnable once dispatched, except in cases of verified manufacturer-side quality defect.
• Order cancellations are permitted only prior to dispatch confirmation. Cancellations after dispatch may attract logistics charges, manufacturer cancellation penalties, and restocking fees as applicable.

10. Force Majeure

SHYAMGIRDHAR ENTERPRISE PRIVATE LIMITED shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations where such delay or failure results from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, fire, flood, pandemic, government action, regulatory restrictions, manufacturer plant shutdowns, transportation strikes, fuel unavailability, riots, war, or any other event of force majeure.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall SHYAMGIRDHAR ENTERPRISE PRIVATE LIMITED, its directors, officers, employees, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of revenue, project delays, or loss of goodwill — arising out of or in connection with the use of our website, services, or supplied goods. The Company's aggregate liability for any direct loss shall not exceed the value of the specific consignment or transaction giving rise to the claim.

12. Intellectual Property
